Clinical Hypnotherapy - Counselling
The Full Story
Born in Colombia, I spent my childhood in a small, remote village.
My family life was marked by fear, sadness, and deep dysfunction. Abuse and instability were constants, but even in the darkest moments, I knew deep down that life could be different.
I clung to the hope that harmony, love, and safety were not just fantasies—they were possible.
From a young age, I dreamed of creating a family like the one I never had: a safe, nurturing home where my children would feel seen, loved, and free to be themselves.
These day-dreams became my hope. My mother was the only source of unconditional love I knew. She was gentle, kind, and trapped in a painful marriage that eventually claimed her life through chronic illness.
I lost her when I was just 13 – no words could describe the sense of loss that I felt.
My sister and I found ourselves under the care of a father whose abuse escalated to terrifying extremes.

It was our reality.

At the time, my brother, a teenager, had already faced expulsion from the home for his efforts to protect us. We were broken and alone, clinging to fragments of strength. But even then, I could see beyond the chaos.
I carried a vision of something better—a life filled with love, connection, and peace.
At age 18, I met a kind and loving young man who took me to start a new life in England. Together we built a family—two girls and a boy, just like the one I came from. I finally had the chance to create the home I had longed for as a child. But it wasn’t easy. I soon realised that I wasn’t functioning well; the pain I had buried was still living inside me, shaping how I mothered, how I showed up, and how I loved. That realisation marked the beginning of a deep and intentional journey to understand, face, and resolve my childhood wounds with awareness, compassion, and strength.

Our family relocated to Australia; however, my personal transformation resulted in divorce and led me to act in ways that I am not proud of in an effort to "stay true to me" but inconsiderate of the impact on those I love the most.
That realisation became the turning point.
I began the deep, often painful work of healing—uncovering the subconscious beliefs that had been keeping me stuck and reprogramming the internal messages that were never mine to carry.
I sought therapy, studied, reflected, and grew.
Slowly, I rebuilt myself from the inside out.

I created a remarkable partnership with an extraordinary man who loves all that I am, keeps me grounded and has believed in me more than I have believed in myself.
As I continue to grow and evolve, I am no longer constrained by my past. I seek to embody love and compassion—and from this place, I am able to walk beside others on their own path of healing.
Now I am here to support those longing for inner peace, purpose, freedom, harmony, and self-trust.
I want to serve as a reminder that, despite the challenges of your past, you can embark on a new journey. I offer not just knowledge but lived experience.
I don’t just believe transformation is possible—I’m living proof of it
